What is a Personal Chef Service?
A Personal Chef is the one who will answer this question for you: What's for dinner?". I will be your own personal cook. I will do the thinking, the planning, the shopping, the cooking. The dinners will be all packed, refrigerated or frozen, with thawing and heating instruction provided. All will be ready for you when you come home hungry and tired, all personally prepared for you and your family. You will never have to worry about taking the time out of your day to prepare a healthy meal to be served at a reasonable hour. My service will allow you to relax after a hard day at work and enjoy the rest of your evening with your family and friends.

How does it work?
We will decide together on a preliminary interview all your likes, dislikes as well as your dietary needs and/or restrictions. I will then prepare a customized menu and after your approval we will set a date for the service. On that day, prior to arriving at your home, I will obtain all fresh ingredients for your meals. I will bring my shopping bags along with my own traveling kitchen, set up my work space in your kitchen and perform my services. When done, I will leave your kitchen just the way I found it with the exception of the enticing aromas of my cooking. All you will have to do is decide which of the wonderful dishes you will choose for that night's dinner.I can come as often as you need me, weekly, every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, once a month or every other month.

How are prices determined?
The standard service which consists of 20 dishes (5 entrees with 4 servings each) starts at $350.00. Other packages to better fit your needs are available. Fees for containers, all organic ingredients or extra meals will apply. Details will be given at the time of the interview.
